Are all items new?
Yes, all items are new. Many of our items are overstock or discontinued items. Some items are in original packaging. Some items are in a plain plastic sleeve. (These facts will be noted in the item description.)
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for store credit only. This credit may be used at any of our islandhopper2000 stores at any time. Returns must be received within 14 days of item receipt.
Do you combine shipping?
We are always happy to combine shipping for you. Please request an invoice prior to making payment so that we may combine shipping for you.
Do you ever offer FREE shipping?
We offer free shipping within the continental USA (not Hawaii or Alaska) on all orders over $100. Please email us for a Free shipping invoice if your items purchased total more than $100.
